Italy / Exploring Monopoli
Monopoli is where we would go swimming while living in the south of Italy. The beaches here are much cleaner than those around Bari and the old town is much nicer. These pics were taken with the Hipstamatic app.

I like your attitude! And no matter where we live, it's good to explore the delights of our own location. Mind you, some people flee their homes in tourist season because it's crowded out by tourists. I love my own city even more in summer when it's almost empty.
I agree. When I used to live in Prague, certain months of the year were unbearable but the south of Italy is still virtually undiscovered in comparison. Can I ask where is 'your city'? 🙂
I’m in Wellington New Zealand. Summer tourists go to the mountains, not Wellington.
