Istanbul’s Spice Market – A Photo Diary

One of the highlights of living in Fener was it’s proximity to heart of the old historic centre of Istanbul. There were plenty of ways of getting lost with a camera and one of my favourites was at the spice market. The colours, the tantalising smells, the commotion and the endless opportunities to taste something new lured me in. These photographs were taken with my Nikon d600 and my 35mm lens.
